Visual & Dimensional Inspection

Each valve is visually examined for surface defects and measured against engineering drawings to verify all critical dimensions, face-to-face length, and flange specifications.

Pressure Testing

Hydrostatic shell and seat tests are conducted per API 598 / EN 12266 standards. Every valve must pass at 1.5x rated pressure before approval for shipment.

Certificate of Compliance

A full documentation package accompanies every shipment, including material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), test reports, packing lists, and certificates of origin as required.
